Today, a roundtable discussion was held at the Ministry of Justice with the participation of international consultant Giorgiy Tshakaya.

At the event, the issues of effective rendering of services of the registry office and extra-budgetary pension fund system, simplification of procedures for issuing licenses and permits, introduction of proactive services, further improvement of digitization processes, and mutual integration of information systems of state bodies and agencies providing public services, as well as more efficient public services , the issues of reorganization of the existing service area of ​​State Service Centers based on the new principle of regionalization for fast and high-quality service were discussed.

The roundtable discussion was organized within the framework of the joint project of the Ministry of Justice, the European Union and the United Nations Development Program "Improving the provision of public services in rural areas of Uzbekistan and increasing the level of management".

Based on the results of the meetings and discussions, within the framework of the Project, recommendations will be developed to improve the processes of providing public services through offline and online public service centers.
