In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 20, 2016 № ZRU–400 "on approval of the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" adopted the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a new version, which entered into force on April 21, 2016.

Today the world community as never before, an urgent task is the protection of the rights and freedoms of the individual. Several international organizations are addressing this issue worldwide.

Freedom of Association or freedom of Association is a fundamental human right.

The right to appeal occupies a special place in the system of rights of every democratic state. Being one of the important political freedoms, it also allows to establish a channel of feedback with the population, to be aware of the issues of concern to it.

In the last years of independence, the number of families with spouses who are citizens of different States has been steadily increasing, so when disputes arise, it is necessary to take into account the legislative systems of the States involved, which may differ significantly from each other.

The collapse of the Communist regime and the emergence of new States on the world map have contributed to the conclusion of international investment agreements (mainly bilateral treaties on the promotion and mutual protection of investment), which are aimed at attracting and stimulating foreign investment.

On the way to achieving the goals of the Uzbek model of development, our state is reaching ever greater heights in all spheres of activity, using the latest techniques and technologies, the experience of advanced States. The area of corporate governance has not been left without attention.
