On October 13, 2021, Deputy Minister of Justice X. Meliev held a practical meeting in Kashkadarya region to assist in the organization and implementation of legislation and tasks, as well as to address the problems and shortcomings in this area.

The event, which took place in the Kashkadarya regional administration, was attended by the first deputy governor of the region N. Erkaev, officials of the administration and the Department of Justice in charge of the system "Ijro.gov.uz".

At the event held in the analytical and critical permission, the organization of legislative acts and assignments on the principle of "Republic-Regional-District-neighborhood" and their implementation processes were discussed.

Deputy Minister of Justice X. Meliev noted that there are issues that need to be addressed to improve the skills of staff responsible for the system "Ijro.gov.uz", to ensure the timely implementation of tasks in the system, the shortcomings in the management of the system.

At the same time, strengthening the executive discipline of representatives of the sphere, "Ijro.gov.uz" suggestions and feedback on further improvement of the system were listened.

At the end of the meeting, the responsible employees of the authority were given recommendations on the appointment of the responsible employees for the execution of legislative acts and assignments, on the basis of their duties, on the exact definition of the terms and conditions for the execution of assignments, on time and quality of their execution, on the discussion of the execution.
