In the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan discussed the draft law "on additional introduction into the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan"on the main guarantees of the activities of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

The draft law was submitted to the deputies by the minister of Justice Ruslanbek Davletov.

It is noted that by the draft law, rules on distinguishing signs of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, that is, his own sign and his own flag (flag) are introduced.

In foreign countries, it is established that the head of State will be handed over after the adoption of an oath to the newly elected president of his own character and headquarters. Since these issues are not regulated in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is proposed to supplement the legislation with the norm of the relevant content.

It was noted that this procedure will serve as a sign of confidence expressed by the people and society in the effective implementation of complex tasks assigned to the post of President by the elected person.
