Justice Minister K. Bernasconi on his visit to the elections of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan as an international observer, he introduced the reforms carried out in the legal sphere in Uzbekistan, the changes made to expressed his desire to further develop the cooperation established with The Hague Conference.

The Secretary General of The Hague Conference expressed his gratitude for the visit to Uzbekistan and highly appreciated the reforms carried out in the country and the initiatives taken by the Ministry of Justice.

Within the framework of the meeting, the issues of studying and analyzing the conventions developed by The Hague Conference, joining them, the implementation of the electronic system were discussed.

K. Bernaskoni stressed that The Hague Conference is underway, currently 90 countries are members of the organization, as well as other countries are considering membership issues in the organization.

The parties agreed to develop mutual cooperation.
