Today, 26 October, the delegation of the United Nations Development Program with the support of the ongoing reforms in the field of public services and future plans in order to familiarize themselves with the agency of public services of the Republic of Moldova and the multifunctional center of Chisinau was built.

It should be noted that the agency of public services in Moldova began its activity from 2017 year, today the number of public services rendered through multifunctional centers exceeds 248.

Also, Moldova in the field of public services go along the path of Estonian experience, and today the agency of Public Services is a competent authority in the field of cadastre, civil status, registration of vehicles, professional development of drivers and other spheres.

In particular, the delegation drew attention to the positive results of electronic queue acquisition and information delivery in the Centers.

At the meeting, the work carried out to improve the quality of public service, reforms with positive results were discussed.
