The activities of legal and methodological assistance of the minister of justice to state bodies and organizations, as well as local government bodies aimed at ensuring timely, complete and qualitative implementation of legislative acts and assignments are continuing consistently.
Deputy Minister of Justice X. Meliyev On November 17, 2021 held a practical meeting in the Republic of Karakalpakstan with the aim of organizing and fulfilling the implementation of legislative acts and assignments, as well as facilitating the elimination of problems and shortcomings in this direction.
The first place of the chairman of the Council of Ministers in the event held at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was occupied by N. Yerlepesov, secretaries, as well as employees of all ministries and departments responsible for the executive discipline took part.
It is worth noting that to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan to the status of November 16, 2021 “Ijro.gov.uz” through the system, 5 975 assignments were received in 895 presidential documents. Of these, 4 567 assignments were completed, 871 (20 %) or one of each 5 tasks were completed later than the deadline, 1 392 documents in the process of execution.
At the event, which was held in the analytical and critical way, the organization of legislative acts and assignments on the principle of “Republic-District-neighborhood” and their implementation were discussed.
Deputy Minister of Justice X. Meliyev noted that the number of assignments in the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, whose execution period is coming, will amount to 526 in December 2021, and accordingly, from today it is necessary to take concrete measures to ensure timely and qualitative implementation of these assignments.
At the same time, strengthening the executive discipline of representatives of the sphere, “Ijro.gov.uz " suggestions and feedback on further improvement of the system were listened.
At the end of the meeting, recommendations were made on the appointment of responsible personnel for the execution of legislative acts and assignments, on the basis of their duties, on the exact definition of the terms and conditions for the execution of assignments, timely and qualitative provision of their execution, discussion of the execution situation before the leadership.
