The document on the establishment of this new order was registered in the Ministry of Justice.

The order of the minister of Higher and secondary special education of the Ministry of justice on amendments to the regulation on final state attestation of graduates of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan was registered by the state (registration number 1963-3, November 16, 2021).

According to him, a person who has not passed the final state attestation test has the right to re-pass the exam up to 2 times in accordance with his application in each subsequent academic year (for 3 years).

Under the previous order, the graduate had the right to re-qualify in the following years in case of failure to pass the final state attestation test. This situation is somewhat difficult for the studentchiliklar, in particular, it has been caused by the fact that he can not purposefully spend his valuable one-year time.

Now the students have the opportunity to re-pass state examinations twice a year depending on the meeting of applications on the re-pass.
