After the conclusion of 18/19-th sub-contract between Sirdarya District branch of “repair and restoration service” of sirdarya region and LLC “B-K BUILDING HOME” on September 26, 2019, according to which the parties signed an act on the acceptance of the completed work, it is established that within a 10-day period by the general public the subcontractor shall be carried out

In accordance with the agreement signed by the LLC, repair works for 192 701 848 sum were carried out, 101 124 352 sum was paid for the work carried out by the District branch of SIRDARYA region “repair and restoration service” DUK Sirdarya region, the remaining 91 577 496 sum was supported by the entrepreneur Justice.

When this application was examined, the state of non-implementation of calculations and payments by Sirdarya District branch of” repair and restoration service " was also confirmed in the comparative act concluded on January 20, 2020.

Despite the fact that the B-K BUILDING HOME LLC has repeatedly appealed for loan repayment, the borrower has not been able to pay.

 Article 7 of the law on the contractual and legal base of economic activities of economic entities indicates that the parties to the contract must fulfill the obligations they have received in accordance with the economic contracts concluded in a timely and appropriate manner.

Of course, every appeal has a key, a legal solution. 

Proceeding from the above, a lawsuit was filed by the Justice Department of the District of Akultin in the economic Court of Gulistan district in the interests of the LLC “B-K BUILDING HOME”. As a result of the court decision, it was determined that the debt in the amount of 91 577 496 soums will be collected in favor of “B-K BUILDING HOME” LLC from the account of the District branch of SIRDARYA “regional repair and restoration service” DUK Sirdarya. 

With the support of justice, the rights and interests of the entrepreneur were protected.
