Legislative acts will be more compact

Attention

Legislative acts will be more compact

Systematic work is being carried out by the Ministry of justice to systematize regulatory legal acts through the "regulating gilotina" method, that is, to reduce the legislative framework.

In particular, on the basis of the proposals of the Ministry of Justice, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "on measures to further systematize the legislative framework" of July 21, 2022 396 was adopted, and with this decision, 422 government decisions at once lost their strength.

90 percent (331)of documents that have lost their power are holistic decisions, and 10 percent (91) are government decisions, some of which are being canceled.

The basis for the cancellation of these regulatory legal acts were:

the presence in the decisions of the same norms as the normative legal acts adopted later;

the fact that the norms established in the decisions contradict the norms of legislative acts adopted later;

loss of relevance as a result of the abolition of legislative acts of high legal force, which formed the basis for the adoption of decisions;

the fact that other decisions that were amended and supplemented by decisions were found to have lost their validity;

ensuring the execution of one-time, temporary tasks that are prescribed in the decisions.
