In the process of providing public services by the justice authorities in the Fergana region, more than 5 thousand cases of violations of the law have been identified this year.

4,853 of these cases are term violations, 152 are subject to direct provision of public services by the competent authorities, 11 are required for excess documents, 308 are unjustified rejection of Appeals, 60 are subject to other types of violations of the law.

Most of the cases of violations of the law when analyzed in the section of enterprises and organizations fall on gas, electricity, water enterprises, Cadastral, health, tax and construction offices.

In order to prevent and eliminate the detected cases of violations of the law, 64 submissions were made to the competent authorities, preventive conversations were held with 59 officials, and statements on administrative offenses were issued against 63 officials. Also, measures of disciplinary responsibility were applied to 102 officials, of which the employment contract concluded with 4 responsible employees was terminated.
