In accordance with the Order  of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 144 dated May 11, 2018 a single Call Center was organized at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for receiving centralized calls from individuals and legal entities to the hotline.

During 11 months of current year, 49,857 calls from individuals and legal entities has been received at the Call Center, 46,809 calls were answered by qualified specialists, 2,252 calls were considered at places, 796 applications require further study.

Out of the 796 registered applications, 312 were approved, and 429 were provided with legal advice, 37 applications were forwarded to the relevant authorities for consideration, 18 are in the process of consideration.
